2. Assess and record the school’s culture to determine starting point & identification of desired results
3. Get a team of staff leaders “on the bus” and develop a plan
4. Ensure all teachers and support staff are building trust and creating an environment where everyone is accountable
5. Create a values-based school culture in which everyone operates by the values that build trust
6. Teach staff and students skills for leading effective meetings and working with diverse groups from all areas in the school
7. Give all staff and students opportunities to operate in and lead cross-functional teams (e.g. classroom meetings)
