Mentoring For High Performance

One of the most important factors in high performance and participation is connection to a caring mentor who checks in with you, asks the right questions and provides consistent, frequent support. In this workshop, participants learn how to create and use a blueprint planning process, and engage in a mentoring relationship that allow for applying knowledge, setting plans, application and living to purpose, values and vision.

This workshop is for every executive, manager, supervisor, teacher or parent who understands there’s a difference between being an autocratic boss vs. an effective leader who creates other leaders.

The objective of this workshop is to help leaders adopt new tools and strategies, including a blueprint tool and a mentoring process to help their direct reports and move from power over to development of empowerment from within.
