In this workshop, participants learn how to create and use a blueprint planning process, and engage in a mentoring relationship that allow for applying knowledge, setting plans, application and living to purpose, values and vision.

This workshop is for every executive, manager, supervisor, teacher or parent who understands there’s a difference between being an autocratic boss vs. an effective leader who creates other leaders.
Leadership development is priority, and how to mentor effectively is the method adopted. The objective of this workshop is to help leaders adopt new tools and strategies, including a blueprint tool and a mentoring process to help their direct reports and move from power over to development of empowerment from within.
