Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

Whether at work or home, how do I know if I should fix a relationship or leave instead?

Thursday, July 16, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm CTS (online, limited to 10 people)

Without fully understanding what causes relationships to break down or grow strong, you won’t know with any certainty whether to stay and improve them or leave . . .

We are hardwired to be SOCIAL and we all desire and require a healthy sense of belonging and significance, especially in our most important relationships. When we do, we feel empowered, lovable, connected and contributing! Our relationships are a source of joy and encouragement or a cause for much stress; a hinderance to our wellbeing. At LifeWork Systems, we make sure you understand what you need to bring to contribute to healthy relationships and what you need to receive. In this intimate 10-person event, you will come to recognize and understand critical challenges and potential solutions for improving relationships that are salvageable, leave those that are not, and what to do to protect yourself if you must be in them.

What you’ll get out of joining this event.

  • An opportunity to interact with Judy and 9 others who are seeking understanding and next steps related to healthy relationship-building.
  • A greater understanding of the conditions and conversations needed to ensure stability in your relationships going forward.
  • New perspectives on relationship guidelines for your happiness and wellbeing with people in your personal and professional life.

About Judy Ryan

When Beethoven saw a piano, he saw a symphony. When Judy Ryan meets people, she sees the unseen beauty and truth beneath the surface and uncovers it. And that truth – the one that’s really happening under the surface – is what we all need to see. The old ways of understanding human systems aren’t working anymore – the way of superior versus inferior or management versus employee or parent versus child. They never did (not without lasting, serious, negative side effects). And our world is suffering because of this; we need a powerful, positive and sustainable transformation. Judy’s work is her calling and is reflected in her mission to create a world in which all people love their lives.

Judy is also an author, columnist, CEO, consultant, trainer, culture system developer, and a mother of 5.
