Dates and Times: This retreat begins Friday, October 17th at 5:00pm with dinner and ends Sunday, October 19th at 5:00pm (EST).

Price: $2,750/person and includes 2 nights at Cambria hotel and all sessions, meals, snacks and beverages. The closest airport is PWM. Travel and car rental are not included. If the hotel stay is unnecessary, the price is $2,250/person.
The Retreat: This retreat is held in a rustic home in a peaceful and scenic setting where you get away from all distractions and learn how to become a highly supportive leader in this time of massive change. With like-minded fellow executive leaders, you learn concepts, terms, tools and strategies to assist you in creating an organization to take into the future. Outcomes include understanding practices needed so your staff is confident and capable in adapting to change, You become informed about what you need to know and do to serve your customers and staff.
Friday: We begin by getting acquainted at dinner Friday from 5:00-6:00pm and a session from 6:00-8:30pm. Location: 1420 North High Street, Bridgton, ME
Saturday: We begin with breakfast from 8:00-9:00am followed by a session from 9:00am-12 noon when we break for lunch. After lunch we visit the breathtaking Step Falls Preserve to walk the path and enjoy spectacular rock and water formations, and vibrant and colorful fall foliage.
From 3:00-6:00pm, we have another session and afterwards, we meet for dinner from 6:00-7:00pm. We conclude Saturday evening with a third session from 7:00-8:30pm.
Sunday: We begin with breakfast from 9:00-10:00am, followed by a session from 10:00am to 12noon. We break for lunch at this time and resume sessions at 1:30pm. During this time, you may wish to engage in a workout in the gym, take a tour around the 45,000 square foot home, or take a stroll outside to enjoy the many trees and a nearby mountain.
The retreat wraps up with a final session from 1:30-5:00pm.
