Date: Next cohort starts Tuesday, August 19, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm CST every other week for 7 months

LifeWork Systems has a proven track record when it comes to culture transformation. Our unique program mixes self-led training with live group review and mentoring sessions. This provides participants the opportunity to practice new skills while being guided be an expert. Our digital platform and scalable culture system ensures support for adoption and sustainability of healthy culture evolvement.

CultureEX™ Certification Program Details

The CultureEX™ Specialist Certification program includes the most advanced, comprehensive, and proven culture change processes and personal and professional development training, coaching and application strategies.

CultureEX™ Specialist Certification includes fourteen (14) 2-hour sessions reviewing 12 individual online training sessions with workbook assignments completed in advance. Participants engage in peer mentoring. Oversight is provided by a LifeWork Systems Consultant so each participant comprehends new concepts, terms, tools and processes and how to apply them. Additionally, participants learn how to oversee LifeWork Systems clients who adopt CultureEX™.
