An outdated way to adopt a culture model and leadership development was to make those with titles responsible for every aspect of management and sustainability of new behaviors and only invest in developing those titled leaders. Each was to mentor and manage staff in hopes they would manage relationships, productivity, engagement, and progress through their oversight. As a result, titled leaders became overburdened and less able to meet larger business objectives.

Because the process is built on a digital platform, no matter where anyone lives or works, or how large or small your workforce, the process fully scales. The end result is that over time, your organizations sustains all changes adopted and eventually oversees, mediates, coaches, and onboards existing and future staff.

Over time, the nature of the processes and the availability of a portal empowers your organization to keep the newly learned concepts and tools front-and-center so everyone grows in self0management and accountability predictably and consistently.
